Project Description

In response to previous engagements, FGI – Seattle, again, contracted my services to provide DotNetNuke and ASP.NET development and expertise to their existing project team. This project involved porting a large-scale existing website, including several large, custom features to a DotNetNuke installation in conjunction with new branding and design efforts. I provided DotNetNuke setup, integration, skinning (applying existing design templates to the DNN framework), training and custom module development to replicate their previous website’s functionality in the DotNetNuke environment.

PCTC contracted my services to design, develop, launch and manage a new website for their network of prostate cancer offices and treatment centers. As this was to be their main marketing effort, as well, after initial website completion and launch, I was tasked with tracking, analyzing and managing their website’s performance to order to best maximize their marketing efforts. This project, therefore, involved significant Search Engine Optimization and integration with Google Analytics and AdWords.

TRG engaged my services to design and develop a new website to better showcase their eLearning opportunities. This project involved the design, development and launch on a new website using ASP.NET and the .NET Framework 3.5.

In response to a previous project, PDS requested my services to develop a similar website capable of allowing their hospital and treatment clinic clients to submit treatment plans to PDS for evaluation, review and feedback. Due to the sensitive nature of the data involved, and HIPAA privacy regulations, data security was essential in the plan and execution of this project.

PDS also requested a companion Windows application to allow their clients to capture images directly from medical devices for submission to the website. This application required the integration with third-party video capture hardware components common to most medical imaging devices.

TRG engaged my services to provide ongoing IT services to their collection of continuing medical education websites. I was tasked with expanding their existing websites from static informational websites to a full scale web-based eLearning system providing medical professional opportunities to earn required Continuing Medical Education credits through various styles of interactive courses including registration, course presentation, follow-up examination and course evaluation. A requirement of this system was the provide TRG the ability to compile and submit proper registrant completion and evaluation data to the accrediting authorities for fulfillment of the actual CME credits. This eLearning system also provided TRG with valuable data mining capabilities to evaluate course performance in order to continually increase and expand the appeal and effectiveness of their online courses.

Additionally, successfully migrated their IT infrastructure from an unreliable shared website hosting facility to their own server running in a secured, reliable facility providing them the flexibility expand their IT resources to match their evolving business needs.

Project Description

Pro-Qura recently engaged my services to upgrade this website in order to integrate with their new Java-based company website.
